Secure Shipping

We provide FREE SHIPPING for ALL purchases of watches or watches combined with other non-watch items.

For shipping issues due to repairs or watch returns, please read "Returns & Exchanges Policies" listed below.

International delivery lead time

It usually takes between 2-5 days depending on the country and peak period seasons.

Please ensure all shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and full payment received.


We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, after which the responsibility for your purchased goods will be transferred to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and it is deemed that our responsibility for the package ceased.

Taxes and Duties

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary for the release of your order from your customs.

Returns & Exchanges Policies

Intention to return must be informed by writing to no later than 2 days after receipt of goods. Watch must be shipped back to us no later than 5 days after receipt of goods.

All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and must be unworn, straps un-punched, watch unmodified and in its original sale condition.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or not working.

If a watch is faulty due to manufacturer’s defects, return shipping charges will be borne by us.

If the watch is due to buyer’s mishandling or for refund/exchange purposes, shipping charges shall be borne by buyer. The actual cost incurred will be advised via e mail.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or improper usage are not considered to be faulty and replacement of any parts will be chargeable on a case by case basis.

Refunds will only be made after accessing the condition of the watch upon return. Please note that charges will apply in the event the strap is used or the watch is scratched or damaged due to whatsoever reasons other than manufacturer’s defects.

We are able to tell signs of improper usage from the overall condition of the watch and by testing it on specialised watch testing equipment.

Refund can only be in the same form of currency used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, refund will be issued in the same currency to the same card.

Please note that the buyer will bear all shipping charges both ways in the event of return/exchange under circumstances not due to manufacturer’s defects.

We are confident of the quality of the merchandise that we carry. That said, in spite of countless tests and certifications, nothing is entirely immune to errors. All products sold here are covered under a warranty period of 2 years. The warranty begins from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing or material defects.

The warranty does not cover the following parts and conditions:
